Only applications validated after the 1st July 2008 are available online. To view older applications, please phone us on 020 8545 3777 to arrange a viewing.

The Code of Conduct for the Council of Property Search Organisations (an umbrella organisation for personal search companies) states that if local authority searches give planning history back to 1947, building control since 1875, then any personal searches carried out at that authority also have to give information back to the same dates.
